Overview
Business Performance Manager role at KRAFTON India focused on KPI tracking, performance visibility, and financial reporting across global teams, coordinating across operations and finance.
What you'll do
- Track and manage key KPIs, costs, performance outcomes, and operational issues across PODs.
- Analyze and report KPI performance, financial results, and operational performance metrics.
- Maintain visibility over operational metrics and project performance status.
- Support integrated performance tracking and reporting processes.
- Assist operational financial analysis for rolling forecasts and actual closings.
- Monitor operational status and ensure reporting accuracy, alignment, and data consistency across PODs.
- Coordinate operational reporting and performance communications and track operational dependencies and issues.
What you'll need
- 3–5 years of experience in business operations, program coordination, or operational planning.
- Experience managing operational tracking, reporting, schedules, approvals, and execution processes.
- Strong capability in cross-functional coordination with Development, Finance, Legal, or external partners.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, Confluence, and ERP-SAP or similar tools.
- High attention to detail with structured communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in global IT, platform, gaming, automotive, or outsourcing environments.
- Multilingual collaboration skills, including with Korean HQ and global stakeholders.
- Experience in KPI tracking, operational reporting, or performance monitoring.
- Background in vendor coordination, business support, or cross-border project operations.
- Experience supporting process improvement, workflow optimization, or operational governance initiatives.
