Business Process Architect

Overview

Design and improve business processes, including process characteristics and key performance indicators, to meet process and functional requirements. Collaborate with application architects and stakeholders to create process blueprints, define application requirements and metrics, and support effective implementation.

What you'll do

• Design business processes to meet process and functional requirements.
• Work closely with the Application Architect to create process blueprints and establish business process requirements that drive application requirements and metrics.
• Assist in quality management reviews and ensure all business and design requirements are met.
• Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as a subject matter expert.
• Make decisions for the team.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on process objectives.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.
• Analyze and interpret key performance indicators to drive process improvements.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and design techniques.
• Experience collaborating with application architects to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Ability to analyze and interpret key performance indicators to drive process improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
• Effective communication skills to educate and engage diverse stakeholders.
