Business Process Architect

Overview

Business Process Architect to analyze and design new business processes, and produce documentation guiding implementation of new processes and technologies.

What you'll do

• Analyze existing business workflows and design new processes.
• Define product requirements and use cases with business stakeholders.
• Perform user and task analysis to capture business needs.
• Develop and refine business process models to improve operational efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
• Mentor junior team members with guidance and support.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience.
• Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and documentation techniques.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements into functional specifications.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions.
• Familiarity with user and task analysis methodologies.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
