Business Process Architect

Overview

Lead business process architecture and design solutions for service fulfillment. Translate business needs into requirements, business cases, and technical direction.

What you'll do

• Lead current-state assessments.
• Identify high-level customer requirements.
• Define opportunities that create business value.
• Develop business solutions and supporting structures.
• Build business cases to achieve the vision.
• Align business and technical strategies with stakeholders.
• Guide development teams during implementation.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Service Fulfillment.
• Service Fulfillment expertise.
• Experience with OSS, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Lightweight Architecture.
• Understanding of business processes and systems.
• Telecom OSS experience with inventory and integration knowledge.
• BE or equivalent with 15 years of full-time education.

Nice to have

• Experience in Business Architecture, Business Process Management, or Business Analysis.
• Experience developing business cases and proposals.
• Communication and stakeholder management skills.
