Business Process Designer

Overview

Analyze, develop and improve business workflows, identifying inefficiencies and proposing optimized solutions, as an SME leading a team.

What you'll do

• Analyze, develop and improve workflows and business processes.
• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose solutions to optimize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help refine processes over time.
• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams, contribute on key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to process improvements and workflows.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Portfolio and Project Management.
• Proficiency in SAP Portfolio and Project Management.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.
• Experience in workflow design and optimization techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• 15 years full time education.
