Business Systems Analyst - Digital Transformation

Overview

Business Systems Analyst (Cross Functional) to lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, focusing on Quote-to-Order and Sales Order Management, and support Lam's digital transformation journey.

What you'll do

• Deliver end-to-end O2C processes, with a focus on Quote-to-Order and Sales Order Management.
• Work hands-on with SAP Quotation Management and connect quotes to sales orders.
• Configure sales orders, including document types, item categories and schedule lines, pricing determination and partner functions, text and output determination, and copy control.
• Apply Variant Configuration skills, including characteristics, dependencies, variant tables and configurable BOMs, and link them to sales orders and product structures.
• Integrate quotes and orders between CRM and SAP.
• Build custom enhancements and interfaces using user exits, BAdIs, BAPIs and custom routines.
• Work in complex Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Configure-to-Order (CTO) environments.
• Turn business requirements into functional designs and technical specs.
• Run fit-gap analysis and recommend standard S/4HANA features or custom solutions.
• Support SIT, E2E and UAT testing.
• Work independently with business stakeholders, architects, developers and integration teams across manufacturing, planning, logistics and finance.

What you'll need

• Primary skills: SAP SD, Order-to-Cash, Quote Management, Sales Order Management.
• Critical must-have skills: SAP SD/O2C, Quote Management, Sales Order Management, Pricing, Variant Configuration, CRM Integration, Functional Design, Custom Enhancements, ECC and S/4HANA.

Nice to have

• PLM or product-model integration experience.
• SAP S/4HANA, Variant Configuration, ETO/CTO and SAP PP S/4HANA Sales.
• ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Quote and sales order migration, and sales order process simplification.
• Advanced pricing and determination logic.
• Complex configurable products and equipment.

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Work mode: hybrid, with On-site Flex (3+ days per week on-site) or Virtual Flex (1-2 days per week on-site).
