Overview

Support, enhance, and optimize enterprise applications and business processes as a Business Systems Analyst focused on SAP SD and Global Trade. Provide functional expertise, solution analysis, process improvement recommendations, and operational support for SAP Sales, Distribution, and Global Trade processes.

What you'll do

• Support, enhance, and optimize enterprise applications and business processes within the assigned functional domain.
• Provide functional expertise and solution analysis to business stakeholders.
• Recommend business process improvements.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure enterprise systems enable business objectives.
• Work closely with business users, the Manager Enterprise Systems, Digital Business Partners, technical teams, and third-party service providers.
• Analyze business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate solution delivery.
• Support system enhancements.
• Ensure the successful adoption of new capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, and process standardization to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.
• Support SAP Sales, Distribution, and Global Trade processes.

What you'll need

• Experience in SAP SD and GTS modules.
• A techno-functional background in order-to-cash, international trade, compliance, Intercompany Sales, and SAP integration processes.
