Business Transformation Manager

Overview

Lead the Order-to-Cash (OTC) function to drive transformation initiatives and delivery excellence across Deductions, Collections, Cash Application, Credit Management and AR analytics.

What you'll do

• Drive automation and analytics-led process optimization across OTC sub-towers.
• Establish governance, forecasting, and reporting frameworks.
• Enable data-driven decision-making for leading transformation across OTC sub-towers.
• Act as the primary liaison for the OTC tower transformation with client and internal stakeholders.
• Manage a team.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 13 to 18 years of experience.
• Experience in shared services or BPO environments.
• Exposure to large-scale transformation programs.
• Ownership and accountability in driving outcomes.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment.
• Effective communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong OTC domain expertise (Deductions, Collections, Cash Application, Credit Management).
• AR analytics and ageing management.
• Transformation mindset with hands-on exposure to GenAI, Agentic AI, RPA, and AI or ML use cases.
• Process design, re-engineering, and continuous improvement.
• Structured problem-solving (RCA, 5-Why, etc.).
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• People leadership and ability to manage a team.
