Cabin Technical Change Management Engineer

Overview

Cabin Technical Change Management Engineer to drive the aircraft change process within Airbus Cabin Design and Integration activities.

What you'll do

• Coordinate change management focused on modification management, feasibility studies, request for change, and contributions for catalogue.
• Define, configure, design, and integrate cabin interiors for customer-tailored cabin deliveries.
• Assess customer-specific requirements and their impact on customizing product versions.
• Network and liaise across Airframe, Systems, and Cabin sub-domains including Industrialization, Standardization, and related integration areas.
• Propose and implement digitization ideas through new ways of working.
• Report activities as per Airbus procedures.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Cabin/Airframe engineering, configuration management, or in-service upgrades.
• Knowledge of aircraft change process elements such as MOD process, TRSs, change requests, and DQNs.
• Experience handling PDM/VPM tools and linking to CAD models with design-in-context.
• Good project management skills to drive performance KPIs and improvements.
• Very good communication and presentation skills.
