Cash Application Specialist

Overview

Cash Application Specialist role responsible for day-to-day customer credit evaluation, including handling high incoming request volumes and maintaining accurate records.

What you'll do

• Perform customer credit evaluation on a day-to-day basis.
• Assist the credit manager with the accounts credit review process.
• Review credit exposure for new and existing customers using analysis with D&B Reports and other data.
• Handle heavy volumes of daily incoming requests.
• Identify and communicate fraud trends related to new customers.
• Update customer information in the system and create logs for new registration request outcomes.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience working in the Credit/Collections department.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
• Good aptitude for numbers.
• Strong MS Office Suite skills including Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Strong communication and written skills.
