CCTV Engineer

Overview

CCTV Engineer responsible for keeping CCTV technical services operational during shift duty, managing CCTV assets on the campus, and coordinating technical issues with the operations stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Maintain technical services in operational condition during shift duty.
• Take charge of the entire CCTV technical assets on the campus.
• Upkeep the CCTV system on the campus.
• Periodically check CCTV cameras and repair faulty cameras.
• Raise requisitions for materials required to repair CCTV components.
• Manage engineering team and support Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager coordination for technical issues.
• Report to the Building/Estate Manager while working with the operations team.

What you'll need

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in the Real Estate/Hotel or Construction industry.
• Analytical and meticulous approach with attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and monitoring maintenance projects.
• Good knowledge of working procedures.
• Coordination skills across various teams.
