Shift Engineer

Overview

Shift Engineer role responsible for keeping technical services operational during rotational shifts at a site in Bengaluru.

What you'll do

• Maintain electromechanical and utilities services on-site with support from technicians.
• Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify risks and defects.
• Review subordinate staff work and provide guidance as needed.
• Ensure documentation and follow-ups for assets under defect liability period and AMC/CAMC.
• Oversee vendor quotations/invoices and support cost-sheet and invoice follow-ups.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of required shift engineer experience.
• Diploma qualification.
• Working knowledge in property management, chillers, DG, transformer, LT, and HT.
• Experience managing equipment history cards and maintenance documentation.
• Ability to communicate well, orally and in writing.
• Experience performing risk assessment support and root cause analysis during failures.
