CellOps Data Analyst II

Overview

Analyze structured and unstructured data, develop reporting outputs, and troubleshoot billing discrepancies. The role focuses on metrics, invoices, data quality, and insights for business decisions.

What you'll do

• Create and monitor monthly reports and KPIs in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Analyze invoices across multiple languages and troubleshoot complex bill-file issues.
• Apply statistical modeling to identify data patterns and develop insights.
• Perform quality assurance on datasets and financial records.
• Collaborate with data, analytics, and finance experts to improve internal data systems.
• Extract and transform data from multiple sources for executive review.
• Manage data and billing issues and maintain relationships supporting data collection and billing inquiries.

What you'll need

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
• Proficiency with COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, and IF statements.
• Ability to analyze large, complex datasets for trends, gaps, and patterns.
• Experience with invoice reconciliation and financial auditing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial analysis.

Nice to have

• Ability to interpret and analyze invoices in languages other than English.
