Data Analyst

Overview

Data Analyst role focused on facility operations data, reporting, analysis, and dashboarding.

What you'll do

• Gather data on facility operations including maintenance, utilities, occupancy, and vendor performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for leadership review.
• Identify trends in energy usage, maintenance costs, and space utilization.
• Develop BI dashboards for real-time monitoring.
• Track facility data compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor vendor SLA adherence and escalate deviations.
• Recommend process and efficiency improvements based on data insights.

What you'll need

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI (or similar analytics tools).
• Ability to handle large datasets and ensure accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of facility operations and compliance standards.
