Client Services Associate Project Manager

Overview

The Client Services Associate Project Manager supports the delivery of eDiscovery projects across the Electronic Discovery Reference Model lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Coordinate eDiscovery project activities from initiation and planning through delivery and closure.
• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks and operational work requests.
• Track milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and potential risks.
• Maintain up-to-date project plans, status reports, and supporting documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders with timely communication.
• Support quality checks by verifying instructions and reviewing deliverables for accuracy and compliance.

What you'll need

• Minimum four years of experience in eDiscovery project management, eDiscovery operations, legal technology, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model and common eDiscovery workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity or other eDiscovery processing and document review platforms.
• Experience supporting data intake, processing, hosting, document review, and productions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer-based work and participation in virtual client and internal meetings.

• Work during U.S. business hours requiring India night shifts.
