Overview

Join the GSOC (Global Security Operations Center) as a Shift Manager to oversee daily global security operations and manage event detection, escalation, and response.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily GSOC operations during assigned shifts.
• Monitor security systems, alarms, and surveillance to detect and respond to threats.
• Coordinate and manage emergency response with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supervise, train, and mentor GSOC staff to ensure protocol adherence.
• Develop and implement GSOC standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct audits and assessments of GSOC processes and systems for improvements.
• Prepare and present reports on security incidents, trends, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in security management.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in using security software and tools.
• Experience in a GSOC or similar security operations environment.
• Knowledge of international security standards and practices.
