Client Value Partner

Overview

The Client Value Partner is the strategic and technical lead for one of Celonis’ largest enterprise accounts, serving as a “North Star” for client value.

What you'll do

• Advise CIOs and CFOs as a trusted technical and strategic advisor.
• Translate complex technical designs into strategic business outcomes and ROI.
• Recommend near real-time data ingestion approaches for the Celonis platform.
• Architect secure enterprise AI solutions using the Celonis Process Knowledge Graph and RAG.
• Mobilize and lead multidisciplinary teams of Applied AI engineers and data scientists.
• Clear technical blockers by bridging the customer with Celonis Product/Engineering.

What you'll need

• Principal-level experience in a client-facing, technical role.
• Strong conceptual and architectural understanding of modern data pipelines, including Kafka and streaming APIs.
• Solid grasp of secure enterprise Generative AI deployment (e.g., RAG, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, data masking).
• Conceptual understanding of the modern enterprise stack, with SAP experience noted as helpful.
• Exceptional ability to explain complex technical challenges to non-technical executives.
• Strong proficiency in German is required.
