Clinical Research Associate II

Overview

Clinical Research Associate II (CRA II) to manage clinical aspects of global projects in India, focused on site monitoring, stakeholder communication, and ensuring subjects’ rights, safety, and data quality.

What you'll do

• Conduct and report onsite monitoring visits.
• Support study startup activities.
• Perform CRF review, source document verification, and query resolution.
• Facilitate site budgets and contract negotiations.
• Monitor trial progress at the country level.
• Manage site communication and serve as a contact for internal support services and vendors.
• Communicate with internal project teams about study progress and participate in feasibility research.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of independent on-site monitoring experience in India.
• Experience with all types of monitoring visits in Phase II and/or III.
• College/University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, RN or equivalent education/training/experience.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• PC skills for MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to plan and multitask in a dynamic team environment.
• Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in feasibility assessment and study set-up processes is preferable.
• Experience in Multiple Sclerosis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Oncology, or Infectious Diseases (preferred).

• Office-based in Bangalore; applicants must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
• Ability to travel is required.
