Clinical Sales Manager

Overview

Clinical Sales Manager for the da Vinci® Surgical System, responsible for building and developing the clinical field sales team in the assigned region.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement clinical sales activities to meet and exceed senior management goals.
• Manage clinical utilization in the installed base, including installations and utilization growth.
• Expand clinical usage by selling and training new surgeons across applicable specialties.
• Manage the training and education process within the installed base.
• Lead the new system installation process and prospect for system installations/upgrades.
• Provide the clinical sales team with new product information.
• Work with training and marketing departments to implement directed strategies and programs.

What you'll need

• Minimum 10+ years of sales experience.
• 5+ years in medical device sales.
• Proven track record managing and developing a medical device sales force.
• Strong background in clinical sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, dependent upon account distribution.
• Knowledge of the Operating Room environment.
