Clinical Sales Manager

Overview

The da Vinci® Clinical Sales Manager builds and develops the clinical field sales team within their region, managing clinical utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System in the installed base.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement clinical sales activities to achieve and exceed senior management goals.
• Expand clinical usage across existing accounts.
• Sell and train new surgeons in applicable specialties for the da Vinci® Surgical System.
• Manage training and education processes within the installed base.
• Lead new system installation processes.
• Prospect for new system installations and system upgrades in existing accounts.
• Provide the sales team with new product information or product updates.

What you'll need

• Minimum 10+ years sales experience, including 5+ years in medical device sales.
• Proven track record managing and developing a sales force in the medical device industry.
• Strong background in clinical sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, depending on account distribution.
• Knowledge of the operating room environment is required.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
