Closing Coordinator Support

Overview

Closing Coordinator Support role supporting real estate transactions through to on-time closing by coordinating key steps, documents, and service providers.

What you'll do

• Review and approve settlement statements.
• Manage insurance and other critical service orders.
• Track critical dates, details, forms, and contracts in Salesforce (CRM).
• Coordinate with the CX team to ensure required buyer deliverables for accurate, on-time closing.
• Ensure pre-closing items are ordered, received, and approved (HOA docs, surveys, appraisals).
• Review title commitments and follow up with lenders and title on closing status.
• Request, track, and coordinate signing of closing documents and wires to closing.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of real estate transaction management experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness/accuracy.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management and project management skills.

Details

• Location: Delhi, India.
• May require some weekend availability.
