Confirmation, Associate, Product Support & Services ISG

Overview

Associate level role in Product Operations within Institutional Securities Group Product Support & Services, providing transaction support and managing post-execution processes for FID products.

What you'll do

• Generate trade confirmations for FID products in line with internal bookings, ISDA, and industry standards.
• Provide documentation support for Institutional Sales & Trading and Bank Resource Management on ad hoc deals and projects.
• Support standardization and confirmation automation initiatives as a subject matter expert.
• Research and resolve confirmation discrepancies via proactive communication with internal and external parties.
• Identify risk issues, escalate when appropriate, and help resolve them.
• Maintain stringent process controls to mitigate firm and client risk.
• Organize daily tasks to meet priority deadlines using systems, tools, and checklists; report metrics using Excel.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3+ years of banking operations or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Strong working knowledge of ISDA definitions.
• Understanding of the basic lifecycle of OTC products.
• Experience negotiating with clients to resolve language discrepancies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal & written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
