Consultant - Internal Audit & SOX

Overview

Consultant/Internal Audit & SOX focused on delivering Internal Audit and SOX solution offerings.

What you'll do

• Lead client engagements in governance, risk & compliance (GRC), Internal Audits, process reviews, SOPs, and SOX 404 assessments.
• Execute Internal Audit & SOX projects for clients across industries as part of a team.
• Independently execute projects with direct supervision of a Manager.
• Determine audit procedures and draft original work programs for assignments.
• Perform audit work per the approved work program and obtain/analyze evidentiary data.
• Report audit findings and recommendations to correct control deficiencies and improve operations.

What you'll need

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Business Administration (as bachelors/masters listed).
• Degree in Risk Management (masters listed).
• Certifications include Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE/ACFE), CISA (ISACA), and/or ITIL 4 Foundation.
• Proficiency in English language to C2 level.
• Required skill areas include Data Literacy, Information Security, Risk Management, and Executive Presence.
• Experience with control processes, including development of test requirements and/or testing controls (described for IT operational risk).
