Consulting Services Account Specialist

Overview

Lead complex services sales engagements and develop long-term account strategies across Consulting, Training, and Technical Account Manager services. Partner with account, technical, delivery, and specialist teams to create solutions and close opportunities.

What you'll do

• Drive new services business in selected accounts.
• Build relationships with executive and practitioner-level customers.
• Develop proposals and solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Generate opportunities through relationships, lead generation, and marketing events.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts through closure.
• Report revenue, pipeline, forecast, and opportunity metrics.
• Identify follow-on business and support customer adoption of solutions.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of Services Sales experience or 5+ years of Services Delivery experience.
• Knowledge of consulting, training, and support offerings.
• Knowledge of budget cycles, procurement processes, and contract vehicles.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Experience meeting or exceeding revenue and sales bookings targets.
• Experience closing large, solution-oriented opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and regular lead-data entry.

• Travel: 25–50%.
• Salary: $172,020–$275,360 annually, including base pay and target incentive compensation.
