Content Analyst

Overview

Content Analyst in the Content Operations team, supporting and expanding AlphaSense’s financial content offering for Transactions and Funding Rounds.

What you'll do

• Analyze internal and external sources and disclosure patterns for Transactions and Funding Rounds.
• Support the creation of operational frameworks to achieve project goals.
• Assist an AI-powered event classification and information extraction pipeline.
• Track processing state, generate usage reports, and maintain logs of content issues and resolutions.
• Review documents for property categorization and tagging across the processing pipeline.
• Provide 3rd level support by handling content inquiries, raising tickets, and tracking issues.
• Troubleshoot content issues and contribute ideas for improved handling.

What you'll need

• 2-4 years of financial data collection or content generation process support experience.
• Strong preference for experience with M&A transactions and capital offerings content.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, including strong Google Sheets and Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Interest in capital markets and financial research.
• B.Com degree.
