Content Writer

About the role

UC Brand Labs is seeking an experienced Content Writer to own the entire content strategy and execution for our client brands. You'll drive ideation, develop compelling brand narratives, and orchestrate seamless collaboration across teams to bring content visions to life.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand goals and audience personas
• Create diverse, high-quality content across multiple formats (blog posts, social media, email, web copy, case studies) that resonate with target audiences
• Lead content ideation sessions and brainstorm campaigns that differentiate brands in competitive markets
• Coordinate with internal and external teams (designers, developers, strategists, clients) to manage workflows, timelines, and deliverables end-to-end
• Establish and maintain content calendars, ensuring consistent publishing schedules and brand voice across all channels

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional content writing and strategy experience, preferably in an agency environment
• Proven ability to develop and execute brand-level content strategies from concept to launch
• Strong project coordination and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency

Nice to have

• Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools
• Background in social media strategy or campaign management
• Experience working with SaaS, B2B, or consumer brands
