Overview

Contracts Enablement - Legal Specialist to support end-to-end contract lifecycle management within the Legal team at a global pharmaceutical company.

What you'll do

• Act as a key liaison for the Ironclad CLM platform.
• Design, update, and oversee contract workflows and their timely completion.
• Provide on-call support, troubleshooting, and training for contract processes.
• Review, red-line, and negotiate MLAs, Child Level Agreements (e.g., SOWs/work orders), and CDAs.
• Generate SLA and ad-hoc reports and analyze contract metrics and processing status.
• Monitor Ironclad updates and manage legal clause libraries, SOPs, metadata, and documentation.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience with CLM tools, preferably Ironclad.
• Experience maintaining Ironclad licenses, user roles, and notifications.
• Experience coordinating workflow setup (launch forms, conditional logic) and assigning workflows.
• Experience reviewing/red-lining Master Level Agreements, Child Level Agreements, and Confidential Disclosure Agreements.
• Ability to ensure negotiated terms comply with contracting policies, applicable laws/regulations, and risk-management guidelines.
• Experience creating signatory assignments per policy and validating document metadata and completeness.
