CRM & Revenue Technology Analyst

Overview

CRM & Revenue Technology Analyst to coordinate Salesforce builds and releases, maintain data quality, and drive projects that improve productivity for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with engineering and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver Salesforce enhancements.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and align priorities between business users and technical teams.
• Manage and prioritize a backlog of Salesforce enhancement requests based on impact and feasibility.
• Test Salesforce releases in sandbox environments and support user acceptance testing (UAT) before production deployment.
• Write and maintain SOPs, user guides, and technical documentation for Salesforce processes and data workflows.
• Monitor and improve data quality in Salesforce, including deduplication and data governance/enrichment workflows.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or CRM analytics.
• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud) including custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, process builder, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience participating in agile ceremonies and working within agile development frameworks.
• Strong technical documentation skills for non-technical audiences.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel/Google Sheets and SQL (preferred).
