Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L3)

Overview

Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L3) to provide proactive incident resolution and ensure client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational.

What you'll do

• Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents for clients.
• Ensure client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational.
• Manage high-complexity tickets, perform advanced tasks, and provide solutions while meeting SLA conditions.
• Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and perform checks to identify issues early.
• Log incidents, analyze them, assign and escalate support calls.
• Create knowledge articles and train/mentor junior team members.

What you'll need

• Extensive Managed Services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Proven experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
• Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups.
