Overview

Build, test, and optimize personalized HTML email campaigns using marketing automation technologies. Support campaign execution, data quality, and reporting to improve marketing efficiency and measurable results.

What you'll do

• Gather campaign requirements and identify delivery risks with marketing stakeholders.
• Develop responsive HTML email templates from design files.
• Implement dynamic content and personalization using AMPscript or SSJS.
• Test email rendering across clients, devices, and screen sizes.
• Troubleshoot HTML and CSS issues during campaign development.
• Record campaign updates and data in request management tools.
• Complete required reports and follow documented procedures.

What you'll need

• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Any graduation qualification.
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 for responsive email templates.
• Knowledge of email design, user experience, and deliverability practices.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting emails across clients and devices.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, including Marketo, Braze, or Adobe tools.
• Understanding of SQL, JavaScript, AMPscript, email automation, and A/B testing.

Nice to have

• Marketo Certified Practitioner certification.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Awareness of email accessibility best practices.
