Overview

Lead the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, guiding teams through design and delivery and setting development standards for code quality, scalability and performance.

What you'll do

• Act as the subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and contribute on key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
• Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and business requirements.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Communications Unified Inventory Management (UIM).
• Proficiency in Oracle Communications Unified Inventory Management (UIM).
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development.
• Experience in managing and leading software engineering teams through complex project lifecycles.
• Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in alignment with business objectives.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools that support collaborative and efficient delivery.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges within multi-team environments.
• 15 years full time education.
