Overview

Lead the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, guiding teams through software design and delivery while aligning solutions with business objectives.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME and collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Oversee the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects.
• Guide teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation.
• Ensure development practices meet high standards for code quality, scalability, and system performance.
• Coordinate efforts to maintain code quality, scalability, and system performance.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
• Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing complex data models to support scalable software solutions.
• Ability to analyze and optimize data structures for performance and maintainability.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data models within broader system architectures.
• Familiarity with best practices in data governance and quality assurance related to software development.
• 15 years full time education.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake Schema.
• Python (Programming Language).
