Overview

Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery as a subject matter expert in SAP BTP Datasphere.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and implementation of technical strategies to meet project goals.
• Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability and performance aligned to business objectives.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform, making team decisions and contributing on key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.

What you'll need

• 15 years full time education.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
• Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based data management and integration techniques.
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
• Ability to enforce coding standards and best practices across development teams.
• Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative software development environments.
