Customer Project Manager

Overview

The Customer Project Manager collaborates with project managers and internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations, manages assigned project tasks from initiation to completion, and serves as the technical and operational liaison between the customer and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all project deliverables are aligned with customer expectations.
• Review project plans and provide input to optimize project outcomes.
• Ensure timely revenue planning and project execution.
• Take ownership of specific project tasks, managing them from initiation to completion on time and to the required quality standards.
• Work under general supervision and established processes, using independent judgment to adhere to operational policies, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
• Serve as a technical and operational liaison between the customer and internal teams, addressing moderately complex inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze project data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations that support project goals and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives, deadlines, and customer requirements.
• Document project risks, issues, and change requests, working with the project manager to implement mitigation strategies that minimize impact on timelines and budgets.
• Provide support during presales activities, helping to scope solutions that meet customer needs and ensuring the feasibility of proposed project plans.
• Participate in the integration and installation of products, services, and solutions at customer sites, ensuring technical and operational requirements are met.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and customer feedback sessions to inform future projects and continuous improvement in customer project management practices.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree/Vocational Education in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or equivalent.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in Medical Devices or a similar industry.

• Location: Bangalore.
• For office-based teams, in-person working at least 3 days per week.
