Customer Service Analyst 1 – C09

Overview

Customer Service Analyst 1 (entry-level) supports customer-related activities by coordinating with the Customer Service team to resolve external customer issues.

What you'll do

• Act as a single point of contact for internal partners and external clients.
• Answer customer inquiries efficiently and in a timely manner while following departmental standards.
• Conduct analyses to address client needs.
• Communicate resolutions to clients.
• Assess risk in business decisions, considering the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, clients, and assets.
• Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations and escalate/manage/report control issues with transparency.

What you'll need

• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service.
• Investigative, analytical, and risk management skills.
• Ability to present concepts and influence/lead change.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality customer service focused on building client relationships and achieving quality results.
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
