Customer Services Specialist-1

Overview

Customer Services Specialist-1 provides first-line product support, coordinating services, resolving customer problems, and documenting customer communication.

What you'll do

• Resolve minor coverage issues and minor customer complaints.
• Answer inbound customer service inquiries.
• Document all customer communication clearly.
• Perform health analysis/troubleshooting for selected products and redirect when appropriate.
• Identify issues and recommend an appropriate course of action for effective resolution.
• Process results from analysis of technical data and determine next steps if action is needed.

• Customer focus: ability to align actions with customer needs and satisfaction.
• Working knowledge: communicates customer needs/expectations and commits to resolving them.
• Working knowledge in data gathering/analysis: follows processes and policies and documents data.
• Service excellence: resolves common customer problems and provides service customers describe as excellent.
• Basic consulting understanding: explains roles/responsibilities and typical consulting phases.
• Effective communications: delivers helpful feedback, listens for improvement, and writes reports needed for own work.
