Customer Solutions Engineer

Overview

As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you own the technical relationship with US federal and national-security customers from discovery through live deployment.

What you'll do

• Deliver end-to-end TRM solutions from requirements understanding to testing and training.
• Lead discovery-call technical consulting by documenting requirements and guiding solution design.
• Propose business processes and technical architectures, including demonstrating and customizing the TRM platform.
• Integrate TRM APIs into customer mission workflows and support implementation.
• Develop and maintain integration resources such as API documentation, reference architectures, and implementation guides.
• Provide expert support and troubleshooting for integration issues during customer deployments.
• Stay current with evolving product features and technical dependencies and advocate for enhancements.

What you'll need

• Professional experience in pre- and post-sales roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer).
• US Citizenship required (no dual citizenship).
• Exceptional customer-facing skills working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to customize API-based SaaS products at scale, including implementation, testing, and launch.
• Comfort scripting in one or more languages to build PoCs/prototype APIs (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Strong problem-solving skills to prioritize multiple complex tasks independently with attention to detail.
• High initiative and proactive improvement in technical solutions and team processes.
