Customer Success Engineer

Overview

Customer Success Engineer serving as the primary technical owner to drive long-term customer outcomes across the Veeam Data Platform.

What you'll do

• Lead customer onboarding, adoption, and optimization activities.
• Configure customer accounts and customize backup policies and storage.
• Identify migration opportunities and align product adoption with business outcomes.
• Run recovery simulations and conduct DRMM-based resilience posture tracking and reporting.
• Monitor churn risk signals, define mitigation plans, and support renewal strategy with technical insights.
• Deliver quarterly resilience reports and manage technical success plans and adoption roadmaps.

What you'll need

• 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery.
• Advanced level of English; Spanish/German/French are nice to have.
• Hands-on expertise across operating systems, virtualization, storage, scripting/automation, cloud platforms, and DR&R best practices.
• Experience designing/executing protection plans, migrations, and recovery simulations.
• VMCE certification required (can be completed post-hire within an agreed timeframe).
• Ability to translate business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps and measurable value.
