Customer Success Manager

Overview

Customer Success Manager responsible for a portfolio of CPG client relationships and leading a small team of Specialists. Acts as the central point of contact for client and internal stakeholders while owning media strategy and account execution.

What you'll do

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of CPG accounts from onboarding through renewal.
• Build and own media strategy for each account and direct how it gets executed.
• Translate client business objectives into internal/external resource plans to hit targets.
• Turn ecommerce data into insights on profitability opportunities.
• Run business reviews and account check-ins to keep clients informed.
• Handle escalations and coordinate internally to resolve issues quickly.
• Manage a team of 2-4 Specialists, including day-to-day guidance and longer-term development.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in Sales, Category Management, Marketing, or Analytics at a CPG or ecommerce company.
• Client-facing ownership of accounts.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable strategy for clients.
• A track record of growing accounts via upsell/cross-sell/expanded scope.
• Comfort presenting to and negotiating with senior stakeholders, including VP and C-level client contacts.
• Experience owning escalations end to end, including coordinating other teams when needed.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
