Customer Success Manager

Overview

Customer Success Manager for Vendor CSM support of Google Workspace. Own renewals, partner/customer support, and operational case handling to support satisfaction and retention.

What you'll do

• Manage renewals for direct and resold (partner) customers, including downgrades.
• Proactively reach out to customers (select regions) to influence renewals and prevent churn.
• Handle offline SMB Google Workspace accounts outside their renewal quarter.
• Request pricing approvals for renewals as needed.
• Support partners and customers with renewals, pricing, and product information.
• Manage assigned CRM cases with timely updates and resolution.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or renewals (preferably SaaS/cloud).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
• Prior experience responding to customer requests in sales and service.
• Intermediate skills navigating tech platforms, including Salesforce.com and Gmail.
