About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, demonstrating excellent communication skills
  • Provide telecalling support to customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document resolutions
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in a customer support or call center role
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong telecalling abilities and experience
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated COMMUNICATION skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
