• Support call center activities.
• Review and process transactions in Operations or Support.
• Guide less experienced team members as SME in the area of expertise.

What you'll need

• Graduates or post graduates.
• Have 24–36 months of work experience.
• Possess communication skills.
• Apply problem-solving skills.
• Use general PC skills.
