Cyber Ark transformation lead

Overview

The CyberArk Transformation Lead will lead enterprise-wide Privileged Access Management (PAM) transformation initiatives using CyberArk, covering strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead CyberArk transformation programs from assessment through production deployment.
• Define PAM strategy, roadmap, governance, and operating model.
• Conduct current-state assessments and design future-state architecture.
• Develop migration strategies from legacy PAM solutions.
• Coordinate work across infrastructure, cloud, application, IAM, and security teams.
• Establish a CyberArk Center of Excellence (CoE).

What you'll need

• Experience range: 12–15+ years.
• Hands-on CyberArk PAM and related components including PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PTA.
• Identity security platforms and directory technologies including Active Directory and LDAP.
• Windows/Linux administration experience.
• Cloud IAM/enterprise security architecture experience across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Nice to have

• Preferred certifications: CyberArk Defender, CyberArk Sentry, CyberArk Guardian, CISSP, CISM, Azure Security, and AWS Security Specialty.
