Data Analyst

Overview

Data Analyst supporting Order to Cash operations and customer support. The role handles customer and partner concerns, analyzes process performance, provides team guidance, and leads process improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Handle customer communications and nonconforming data issues across chat, email, and calls.
• Coach and mentor team members on job-specific tasks and standard processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during exception handling and service-impacting incidents.
• Initiate process improvement projects and identify automation opportunities.
• Analyze lead time, quality, and process trends and report findings.
• Validate process consistency and business-partner protocols.
• Support Salesforce requests, contract or installation queries, pending orders, and administrative tasks.

What you'll need

• Previous experience in Order to Cash or customer support roles.
• Strong customer management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to create SOPs, process maps, and knowledge articles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
