Data Analyst

Overview

Sezzle is hiring a Data Analyst to drive business outcomes through analytics and cross-functional reporting.

What you'll do

• Work with business teams to understand priorities and analytics needs.
• Build sophisticated analyses and reporting to support strategic initiatives.
• Visualize and communicate analytics results for stakeholder decision-making.
• Identify new opportunities through data analysis.
• Create, monitor, review, and analyze reports and dashboards, including root-cause analysis.
• Use modern AI tools (including LLMs and workflow automation) to improve analytical productivity.

What you'll need

• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, math, economics, data science, or computer science.
• Master’s degree or 3+ years of professional experience working with data.
• Expertise in SQL to extract data and create actionable datasets.
• Experience with Python for data processing and analytics.
• Ability to complete analyses with minimal guidance.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Redash, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Fluency in English.
