Overview

Lead the architecture, deployment, and governance of Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI Foundry. Provide technical leadership for scalable, secure, observable, and compliant enterprise AI initiatives.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy Agentic AI solutions using orchestration, pipelines, and observability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure AI workloads meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Lead and mentor delivery teams.
• Make architecture and solution design decisions with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor performance and optimize AI pipelines for business outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and training on Azure AI Foundry, orchestration, and governance.

What you'll need

• At least 15 years of experience.
• At least 10 years of experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS.
• At least 7.5 years of hands-on experience in Azure AI/ML technologies.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Agentic AI architecture.
• Knowledge of AI governance, observability, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience designing and deploying AI pipelines on Microsoft Azure.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Machine Learning.
• Experience with Microsoft BOT Framework.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service.
