Senior Data Architect

Overview

Senior Data Architect to lead enterprise-scale Generative AI solution architecture for Supply Chain Innovation using P&G’s data platform.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end architecture for enterprise GenAI solutions including retrieval, orchestration, integration, and evaluation.
• Design production retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures over enterprise data.
• Architect multi-phase agent and tool-calling workflows with deterministic guardrails.
• Design data ingestion and synchronization foundations for AI grounding.
• Enforce data governance and strict multi-tenant isolation boundaries with access control and PII protection.
• Establish evaluation and observability standards for AI workloads.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with focus on architecture and technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience delivering production Generative AI solutions such as RAG, LLM classification/extraction, or agent workflows.
• Proven experience architecting orchestration layers for distributed systems with reliability patterns.
• Strong grounding in search and retrieval including hybrid retrieval and rank fusion.
• Experience defining quality and evaluation practices for probabilistic systems.
• Programming skills in at least one backend language (Python, Node.js/TypeScript, or similar).
