Overview
Lead enterprise CRM and customer data architecture for Salesforce-powered omnichannel engagement in a pharmaceutical environment.
What you'll do
- Define and govern end-to-end future-state CRM architecture for Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and omnichannel engagement.
- Own customer data architecture for a “Customer 360” spanning HCP, HCO, KOL, patient, account, territory, consent, affiliation, and engagement data.
- Design canonical data models and data governance standards for quality, lineage, metadata, and identity resolution.
- Architect integrations between Salesforce and platforms including Snowflake, IQVIA, customer master, ERP, and analytics/marketing systems.
- Lead AI and Data Cloud enablement for segmentation, personalization, next-best-action, and decision-support use cases.
- Establish governance, compliance, and security architecture standards aligned to privacy and records-management requirements.
What you'll need
- 12+ years of progressive experience in CRM, enterprise architecture, data architecture, or solution architecture.
- 10+ years of Salesforce platform architecture experience for complex, enterprise-scale solutions.
- Salesforce experience across Sales Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CRM Analytics.
- Expertise in customer master data management, Customer 360, identity resolution, data governance, metadata, and data quality.
- Experience architecting enterprise integrations using APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, batch processing, and cloud-native patterns.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes including HCP/HCO engagement, Medical Affairs, patient services, KOL management, consent, compliance, and omnichannel engagement.
- Required Salesforce certifications including Application Architect, System Architect, Data Architect, Integration Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect, Identity and Access Management Architect, Data Cloud Consultant, and AI Specialist.

- Location: Hyderabad, India (ATS: Hyderabad, IN).
- Work schedule requires full coverage of US Eastern Time business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET) and is not a standard India daytime work schedule.
