Data Engineer

Overview

Cloud Data Engineer role focused on designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and data products on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

What you'll do

• Design and build scalable data pipelines and data products on GCP.
• Optimise data pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Develop and manage data solutions using GCP data services.
• Use BigQuery, Dataflow, and Composer for data processing and orchestration.
• Work with Cloud SQL and DBT as part of data transformation workflows.
• Apply coding in Python and SQL for data engineering tasks.

What you'll need

• 7 to 14 years of relevant cloud data engineering experience.
• Hands-on GCP experience across BigQuery, Dataflow, and Composer.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud SQL.
• Hands-on experience with DBT (Data Build Tool).
• Strong coding skills in Python and SQL.
• Relevant experience delivering cloud-based data engineering solutions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Kubernetes is preferred.
