Data Operations Administrator

Overview

Data Operations Administrator role supporting SAP MDG master data operations for day-to-day processing, governance, and issue resolution.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP MDG processes, including data creation, updates, and governance workflows.
• Act as a point of contact for business users on MDG-related queries and issues.
• Support CR creation, approvals, and data governance processes.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to Change Requests, including submission errors and workflow failures.
• Supervise and fix IDOC failures and integration issues impacting master data processing.
• Investigate and resolve data-related issues impacting business processes (e.g., payment issues, vendor changes, master data inconsistencies).
• Perform root cause analysis using system logs, CR logs, and transaction data; coordinate with technical teams for defect resolution; support UAT testing.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or accounting.
• 1+ years of experience handling a client-service oriented function.
• Experience in SAP MDG functional area.
• Sound experience in SAP ERP and SAP MDG.
• Ability to communicate and influence across different levels in the organisation.
• Experience working cross-culturally in an international environment.
